What does this index consist of?
The index on professional equality between women and men is a score out of 100, obtained from four indicators:
- The gender pay gap (scored out of 40 points)
- The gap in individual increases (35 points)
- Increases upon return from maternity leave (15 points)
- The presence of women among the highest earners in the company (10 points)
The TNT SERGE BLANCO Gender Equality Index for 2024 is 79 points out of 100.
