Refund Policy

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from delivery. Within this period, the Customer may:

  • request a free exchange: only for the same item in a different size. The prepaid return/exchange label provided by the Company must be affixed to the package; no fees will be charged;

  • request a refund: the logistics costs for returning the item are then borne by the Customer. A return label can be generated from the Customer Area; the amount of €9.90 for processing returns will be deducted from the refund;

  • request a refund in the form of a credit note valid for three (3) months on the websitewww.sergeblanco.com. In this case, no return shipping costs will be charged.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, labeled, in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the return form included in the package. It is the Customer's responsibility to retain proof of return (registered mail or proof of deposit with a specific date). The Receiving Department will only accept packages bearing the return label provided.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days following delivery.

Reimbursement terms and conditions

  • In the event of a refund, the amount for the returned items will be credited back to the payment method used when placing the order, within a maximum of thirty (30) days following receipt of the items, minus €9.90 for logistics and return processing costs .

  • In the event of a refund in the form of a credit note, the full price of the items will be credited to the Customer's account, with no fees deducted.

  • The initial shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item received does not correspond to the order (preparation error) or if the product is defective, in which case the Company will also cover the full cost of delivery.

No refunds will be given for worn, incomplete, or damaged clothing.

The Company may issue reservations on the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, in particular for products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized. Products are returned under the full responsibility of the Customer. In the event of a dispute, damaged products will be deducted from the amount refunded and kept at the Customer's disposal.

Returned items that comply with the terms and conditions will, depending on the Customer's initial choice, be exchanged free of charge, refunded (minus a $9.90 fee), or refunded in the form of a credit note at no cost.

Items ordered on the websites www.sergeblanco.com and cannot be exchanged or refunded in SERGE BLANCO stores. When returned items are part of an order that entitled the customer to a gift linked to the purchase amount, said gift must be returned with the merchandise; otherwise, its sale price will be deducted from the refund.
