Shipping Policy
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order.
Except in cases of force majeure, the delivery time for all orders over €500 including tax (mainland France) is a maximum of 30 days from the date of order. Failure to deliver within the specified time frame will result in a refund of the price paid for the order after the goods have been returned, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages.
For deliveries not exceeding €500 including tax, the Company declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery. No delay in delivery entitles the Customer to cancel the sale, refuse the goods, or claim damages, unless the Customer can demonstrate that they have suffered a loss.
The Company reserves the right to make partial deliveries of the total order depending on the possibilities at the time.
The Company reserves the right to choose the carrier.
All transport risks are borne by the Customer from the moment the goods leave the warehouse.
The recipient who takes delivery of the goods is responsible for checking their condition on arrival, so that in the event of damage, any recourse against the carrier can be exercised the day after receipt of the products by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Any dispute in which the Customer has not complied with these conditions will not be considered.
Delivery methods: Standard home delivery via Chronopost valid for orders to mainland France. Delivery time of 2 to 5 working days. Standard home delivery is free for all orders over €120 to mainland France.
Home delivery via DHL for orders to countries in Europe and worldwide. Delivery time of 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. Home delivery via DHL is free for orders above a minimum purchase amount depending on the destination.
Belgium, Luxembourg: Free delivery on orders over €250
Switzerland, Germany: Free delivery on orders over €300
