The shoes are as described. The big problem is the delivery scam: €14.90 for 24/48-hour delivery, but I didn’t receive the item until 5 days after placing the order because I got upset with customer service. Their explanation: 24/48 hours after the package was picked up by the carrier (which already took 2 days to prepare), followed by a short trip from Toulouse to Victoria, Spain… In short, shameful… The “fast shipping” is a total rip-off…
