I really like this item that I bought at the store in Hossegor. However, I didn't like the saleswoman's attitude at all—she was very rude to my son and took sides on certain issues. My father-in-law was also in the store, and given the way she spoke to him, he put back the items he was ready to buy. She showed absolutely no friendliness or business sense. It’s rare to see someone like that… It’s a shame, because the store and the products are good.
